Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Minimum Order

Approved credit customers or customer purchasing by Mastercard or Visa: Minimum order $50.00.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is extra and will be calculated at the time of order based upon destination and weight/cube of shipment plus anyadditional charges for special handling or dangerous goods when applicable. This shipping charge will be added as aseparate detail line on the shopping basket invoice detail. PLEASE NOTE: We will always ship via the most economicaldependable service to your area. I f you choose to use a carrier of your choice COLLECT please inform us at the time oforder and there will be no shipping charges added to the order.

BACKORDERS: Any item backordered will be shipped FREIGHT FREE to you as soon as available.

Lost Shipments

Contact us at 1-877-NAS-CHEM (627-2436) and we will track your shipment and/or re-ship your order at NO CHARGE to you.

Standard Shipping Time

Due to our excellent fill rate your order will normally be shipped the next day following order receipt and you should receivethe order the day after shipping date. Actual shipping times may vary somewhat depending on specific destination and/orspecial handling required.

Can you rush my order?

We certainly can, but please bear the following in mind:

1) Our ability to rush an order is contingent on our having the item(s) you need in stock. We have an excellent fill rate,but occasionally we can get caught short. Please verify your order with us to make sure we do have the items you require.

2) We ask that you make your shipping time constraints clear at time of order, so we are aware of your deadlines. If youdon't tell us you need it right away, we will process your order in our standard fashion.

3) Please take shipping times into consideration when placing your order. Unfortunately, yes, it will cost more to get itthere faster, so it is up to you to determine how quickly you need it, and therefore how much you want to pay to get it therewithin that timeframe.

Backorders

If a temporary stock condition causes a backorder condition you will be notified by our customer service desk or by yourarea sales representative. They will advise you of the approximate shipping date as well as help to accommodate yourneeds. Any item backordered will be shipped FREIGHT FREE to you as soon as available.

RETURNS FAQ

Important Information:

-Please be advised that we cannot accept returns that have been opened and/or partially used (i.e., security seals
removed etc.).

-All returned items must be in original saleable condition and must not be damaged or marked.

-Returns must be made within 30 days of shipment.

-Obtain prior authorization.
WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ITEMS RETURNED TO US WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION, AND CANNOT BE HELD
RESPONSIBLE FOR ITEMS WHICH ARE LOST IN RETURN SHIPMENT.

"sales@naschem.com" with the details of your problem. We will need the original invoice number and date, your name and
address and the specifics of the problem.

-Items which are sold as "Special Sale Items", "Limited Quantity Items" or "Discontinued Sale Items" are final sale only.

Please use the following guidelines to ensure your returns are processed properly:

Damaged or Defective Items:

Items which are damaged or defective can be returned for replacement. We will ship the replacement with no additionalshipping charges.

Our Error:

If an incorrect item was sent in error by our mistake, please call us (toll-free: 1-877-NAS-CHEM (627-2436), or 1-905-5642455) or e-mail us at "sales@naschem.com" with the details of your problem. We will need the original invoice number anddate, your name and address and the specifics of the problem. You will not be charged for the item shipped in error or theshipping charges applicable.

Your Error:

If you changed your mind about an item after it was sent and wish to return it, we will happily issue you a credit for the priceof the item. We are not able to reimburse shipping charges for items that were properly ordered and shipped.
